Dear Employees, Patients and Families,

The health and safety of our patients, staff, and their families is of our upmost importance at Greenwood Dental.  As healthcare providers, we are committed to providing the safest environment to all who enter our office.

Our intent is to remain open and continue treating patients this week.  However, if anyone is not comfortable with keeping their scheduled appointment, we are more than happy to reschedule you to a later date.  We do ask if a patient or a patient’s family member is sick or not feeling well to reschedule their appointment.

Current Safety Protocols at Greenwood Dental

With the current concerns surrounding COVID-19, we are taking the following steps to ensure the safety and health of our patients, their families and our employees:

We are limiting interaction in our reception area.  We kindly ask that only scheduled patients be in the office and anyone accompanying a patient to their appointment wait in the car.

If a chair is not available when you arrive, our front desk coordinators will ask for a contact number so we can call you as soon as a chair becomes available.

Only patients will be allowed in the clinical area.  Clinical assistants will be able to call any parent waiting outside to update them on treatment status.  If you have questions regarding your child’s treatment, please feel free to send them with a note to their appointment.

Dr. Kurziak, Dyme  and clinical assistants will continue to wear gloves and masks while treating patients.  We will maintain proper social distancing as recommended by the CDC.  This is for the safety of everyone involved.  We love a good high-five but will also have fun thinking of other ways to greet one another!!
